We are the Bosman Family and want to personally thank you for supporting our business. What was once a hobby for us has officially turned into a business for our family. We sincerely hope that you love our products as we put a lot of love and attention to detail into every order.
Our oldest son one morning when I explained to him what I was doing with the leather (“leer” in Afrikaans) said “so pappa leer hom” . It instantly became a phrase used by everyone around the office, it just stuck and it eventually became the name for a division of our main registered company Smous Dit (Pty)Ltd.Â
Build on Family & Faith
Each product that we make is handcrafted and shipped from our home office / workshop to you.
First we will find the best Veg Tanned Genuine Leather and make sure that we only get the best quality.
After preparing the design and the leather it will be laser engraved and cut on our industrial 1300mm x 900mm, 100W CO2 laser.
After the laser each leather patch is cleaned before it is dyed and sealed before it is permanently glued to the hat with a trusted glue that we spend months on testing to create a permanent and waterproof bond that will last for years.
This process can sometime take some time to make sure we give our clients “You” an amazing one of a kind high quality product.
