You have placed your order, the excitement to receive your order is building up. Just know we are exited as well and want to get your order to you as fast as possible.
Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-order items are custom made just like you want them, this can sometime add to the processing time even tough we strive to get your order created and out to you as fast as possible without compromising quality.
Depending on workload expect your order to be ready for shipping or collection within 3 – 5 working day’s. Larger custom orders can take a little-bit longer, but we will try and keep you up to date with the entire process or if any delay’s will occur.
LeerHom’s Branded Items
Our very own branded items are normally in stock and will be shipped out as soon as possible. If the items are not in stock it should be ready for shipping or collection within 3 – 5 working day’s.
Courier Delivery to your Door
We make use of The Courier Guy
If you have chosen to have your parcel delivered, as soon as your order is processed and ready for shipping we will hand it over to the couriers for delivery.
Please note the following delivery times after your order is processed:
- Main Centers across South Africa: 2 – 3 Business Days
- Most Towns and smaller cities: 3 – 5 Business Days
- Regional and outlying areas: 4 – 6 Business Days
Please take note of the following:
- Courier fees are not refundable.
- Courier Services can sometimes experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We provide every order with a Tracking number and will stay in communication with you and the courier company until any delay is resolved.Â
- Leerhom.com as well as Smous Dit (PTY) LTD will not be held responsible for any lost parcels. If you would like to get insurance on your parcel please contact us.
Local Pickup
Alternatively you can choose to Collect your order from our Home Office in Kenmare, Krugersdorp in person. As soon as your order is processed and ready for Collection, we will send you the address, directions and/or location pin. Please Contact Us if you have any additional questions or requests.
Free Shipping
We provide free shipping on all orders above R2000.00. Free shipping does not apply to our Wholesale or International Customers.
